Personal training at Renewal Lab is built around the reality of fluctuating energy, unpredictable symptoms, and the kind of setbacks that don't show up on a standard fitness assessment. We design sessions for your actual capacity — not a theoretical one.

This is structured exercise support. You don't need to commit to a long-term coaching engagement to get started. Some people want focused training and that's enough. Others find they want the bigger picture over time. Either way works.

Personal training focuses on movement — building strength, improving mobility, and creating a sustainable exercise routine that works with your body instead of against it. It's valuable on its own.

Coaching is the comprehensive path. It includes personal training but goes further — pacing strategies, nervous system support, nutrition, mindset, and long-term accountability. If you start with training and want more, the door is always open.
